Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 4.5 cups 4 ½ cups King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread Flour
  • cup ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoons 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast One packet
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.25 cups 1 ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 cup 1 cup warm whole milk
  • 2 large 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling

  • 1 cup 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 8 tablespoons 8 tablespoons melted butter

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1.33 cups 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Simple Glaze

  • 3 cups 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and baking powder.
  • Gradually mix in warm water, milk, eggs, and melted butter until a dough forms.

Filling and Shaping

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  • Melt the remaining butter and spread it over the dough.
  • Top with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll it up tightly and slice into rolls.

Rising and Baking

  • Let the rolls rise for about 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Frosting

  • Beat together softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.

Glazing

  • Combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to create a glaze for drizzling over the warm rolls.

Notes

These rolls are best served fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for about 15 seconds before serving.
