  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

  • 4 cups Rice or veggies For serving with the chicken

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

Notes

For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and add during the last hour of cooking. Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months, and reheat as desired.
