Instructions
 

Preparation of Crust

  • In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well-coated.
  • Press the mixture into a tart pan, ensuring even coverage. Chill in the fridge.

Preparation of Filling

  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium until simmering.
  • Remove from heat, add chocolate and vanilla, stirring until smooth.

Assembly

  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled crust and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • Top with fresh raspberries and dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for a rich flavor. Thoroughly chill the crust to achieve the perfect slice. Try adding espresso for a mocha twist or more sugar to the raspberries while serving for extra sweetness. This tart can be made vegan with coconut oil and vegan chocolate.
