  • 1/4 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup for variation.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until fully coated.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Cooking time can vary; keep an eye on the wings towards the end. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for heat. These wings can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
