Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers into rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the cucumbers.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes or use mozzarella balls and add to the bowl.
  • Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them into the mixture.
  • Pour olive oil over the ingredients, seasoning the salad.
  • Add salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Gently toss all ingredients together, taking care not to crush the mozzarella.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter. If desired, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Serve immediately for best freshness.

Notes

For best results, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Consider variations such as adding avocado, olives, or different cheeses.
