  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup colorful sprinkles Feel free to use themed sprinkles for occasions.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better shaping and flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 4-5 days or freeze for 3 months.
