For the glaze

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the mashed bananas, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and soft butter until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Glaze Preparation

  • While the cookies cool, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over cooled cookies.

Notes
