  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Use your favorite cheese blend.
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1-2 jalapeƱos, diced Adjust based on heat preference.

For serving

  • Tortilla chips or veggies For dipping.

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In the crockpot, combine the cooked meat, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, jalapeƱos, and shredded cheese.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

Try pairing with guacamole, salsa, or cilantro for a gourmet touch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the crockpot or microwave.
