  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Diced
  • 4 cups Potatoes Cubed
  • 1 piece Onion Chopped
  • 2 pieces Carrots Sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery Chopped
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Added in the final steps
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

For Topping

  • 4 slices Crispy bacon Crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Your choice
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For serving
  • 1 loaf Bread or salad For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice chicken, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, sliced carrots, and chopped celery.
  • In a crockpot, combine all diced ingredients.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream towards the end of cooking and let it warm through.
