  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Split for topping.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Can substitute with feta cheese.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to keep things creamy.
  • Once the dip is hot and creamy, top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat before serving.
