  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station: In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to adhere.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the breaded chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to keep the juices locked in. Use Panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
