Ingredients
  

For the chicken cutlets

  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs can use Panko for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For frying

  • as needed Olive oil for frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry each cutlet for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.

Notes
