  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For tossing the potato slices.

  • herbs Such as rosemary or thyme.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, around 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.

Cooking

  • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the slices are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove and enjoy as a snack or side dish.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. For best results, soak potato slices in water for 30 minutes before cooking to release excess starch.
