  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sliced carrots

Creamy Mixture

  • 1 can mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a richer flavor
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Topping

  • 3 cups tater tots Use crispy ones for best texture

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  • In another bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with tater tots.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Serve warm.
