Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat

  • 8 ounces spaghetti Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken

Sauce

  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can use plant-based cream for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese Topping

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can experiment with different cheese varieties

Garnish

  • Chopped parsley Optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture and stir well.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
