  • 5 cups broccoli florets Steam or blanch until just tender.
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Can be substituted with regular bacon.
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Don't skip; it elevates flavor.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella For mixing.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar For mixing.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping) More cheese is always better!
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  • Spread this mixture evenly in your greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with the additional cheddar and mozzarella.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until it's hot and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days in an airtight container or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
