  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh herbs and side salad or low-carb crackers for added texture. This casserole can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months.
