  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Pepper jack can be used for spice.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large pot, combine shredded chicken, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
  • Mix in corn and cheddar cheese, cooking until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
