Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Can use raw or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Can be unsoftened, it will still blend
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Can be substituted with BBQ sauce for variation
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the mixture.
  • Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for about 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm.
