Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Can be substituted with coconut flour for gluten-free.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • as needed spray Cooking spray or oil For cooking.

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  • Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden.
  • Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Allow the wraps to cool slightly before using them as desired.

Notes

Leftover wraps can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month. Use parchment paper between wraps when freezing.
