Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add these dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it evenly over the blondie batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
