Preparation
- Wash and dry the fresh strawberries thoroughly.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
Dipping
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
Decoration
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the chocolate-covered strawberries for decoration.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days. Avoid freezing as chocolate may lose texture. Consider adding vanilla extract to the melted chocolate for extra flavor.
