  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Icing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
  • Extra crushed chocolate cookies for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon, crushed chocolate cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into rolls.
  • Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Icing Preparation

  • For the icing, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a bit of milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and top with extra crushed chocolate cookies. Enjoy!

Notes
