Ingredients
  

Pasta Base

Prawn Mixture

  • 300 grams 300g prawns, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed frozen prawns work.
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons chili-infused olive oil For extra heat, add chili flakes.
  • 4 cloves 4 cloves garlic, minced Toast the garlic for enhanced flavor.

Garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat the chili-infused olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Toss in the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, they can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen in an airtight container. Reheat in the microwave or a skillet with a splash of olive oil. For a vegan version, substitute prawns with sautéed mushrooms or jackfruit.
