  • 1 slice of whole-grain bread
  • ½ avocado mashed
  • ½ cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Chicken Omelette
  • Prepare the Egg Mixture
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
