  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds Optional
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Add olive oil, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens and becomes gel-like.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Break into desired cracker sizes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for a fresher crunch. Keep layers separated with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
