  • 32 ounces Frozen Hashbrowns (Thawed)
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage (Cooked)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Optional, for color.
  • 1 cup Onions Optional, for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional for garnishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, cooked sausage, both cheeses, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any optional ingredients you fancy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Baking
