  • 4 large tortillas Choose your favorite type.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until well coated.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a surface.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  • Roll it up securely, folding in the sides to keep the filling in.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Slice in half and serve.

Notes

Leftover wraps can hang out in your fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, pop them in the pan for best results.
