  • 1 1/8 cups Caputo Fioreglut gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 1/4 ounces warm water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil plus more for handling and brushing

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.
  • Transfer it to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
  • Preheat your oven. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and add a light drizzle of olive oil.
  • Top with sauce and cheese, then bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for added flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 2 months. Reheat in a toaster oven for best results. Watch the water balance in your dough for perfect consistency.
