Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Fettuccine pasta Cook according to package instructions

Seafood

  • 1 cup Lobster meat Cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Crab meat Cooked and shredded

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a creamier sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant.

Cooking

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  • Gently fold in lobster and crab meat into the sauce.
  • Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, mixing until well-coated.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For a kick, add red pepper flakes with the Cajun seasoning. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat with a splash of cream to retain creaminess.
