Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, cooking for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add the lobster and crab meat to the skillet, stirring gently to combine, and heat through.

Combining Ingredients

  • Mix in the cooked fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, tossing until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to two months. Reheat on the stove, adding a splash of cream to revive the sauce. Pro tip: Toasting garlic enhances the flavor.
