Instructions
 

Preparing the Bruschetta

  • Dice up the Roma tomatoes and toss them in a bowl.
  • Mix in your finely chopped basil and minced garlic.
  • Pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar; add salt to taste.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes for flavors to meld.

Preparing the Cheese Mixture

  • In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Gently fold in crumbled feta, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt.

Assembling the Dip

  • In a serving dish, spoon the cheese mixture on the bottom.
  • Spoon the tomato-basil mixture on top.
  • Add extra basil, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Voila!

Notes

This dip keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days. Store in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze it and thaw a day before serving. Serve cold for the best flavor!
