Ingredients
  

Slider Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef Lean beef can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 8 slices American cheese Can be substituted with cheddar, Swiss, or other cheeses.
  • 12 pieces slider buns Split into halves.

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard Customize with hot sauce for a spicy kick!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the sauce.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

Assembly

  • Layer the cooked beef mixture on the buns, add a slice of cheese, pickles, and drizzle with the sauce.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Sliders can be frozen and reheated as needed. For variations, try veggie sliders with black beans or spicy sliders with jalapeños.
