  • 1 package Hashbrowns
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese For topping
  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage Chopped or crumbled
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 small Onion Chopped, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and chopped onion if desired.

Cooking

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
