Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice the zucchinis into rounds and set aside.

  • Dip each zucchini slice into the mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spray the tops with olive oil spray.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
