  • 4 pieces hoagie rolls
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz salami
  • 4 oz capicola
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Layer salami on the bottom half of each roll, followed by capicola, mozzarella, provolone, and banana peppers.
  • Drizzle each sandwich with olive oil.

Baking

  • Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
