Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Take the chicken breasts and make a pocket in each by slicing them horizontally, but don’t cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.

Serving

  • Serve with your favorite sides such as steamed broccoli or a colorful salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
