  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding a splash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mix or swapping ranch dressing for BBQ sauce. This dish can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month.
