  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Avocado Lime Sauce

  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 piece lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to garnish Fresh cilantro For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Sauce

  • Blend avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The sauce is best fresh, so whip up a new batch if you can.
