  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish Can substitute with fresh basil or chives.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, scoop out the avocados and mash them with a fork.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  • Mix until well-combined but still a little chunky for texture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh herbs.

Serving

  • Serve with gluten-free crackers or a medley of veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. You can make it ahead by mixing all ingredients except the avocados and herbs, then adding them before serving.
