Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.

Shaping

  • Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into bagels by forming a ball and then creating a hole in the center.
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freezing is also an option; just place them in a freezer bag for about 3 months. Reheat in toaster or oven for freshness.
