Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the pork belly cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until they’re all nicely coated.
  • Place the seasoned pork belly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispy goodness.
  • Check for that perfect crispiness; if they need more time, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove them from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

For serving, use soy sauce or spicy mayo for dipping. You can also add a sprinkle of fresh herbs or lime juice for extra flavor. To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer.
