Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Add the pork belly pieces to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the pork belly pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding crowding.

Cooking

  • Air fry the pork belly for about 18-20 minutes, flipping and shaking a few times during cooking to ensure even crispiness.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
