Ingredients
  

Dough and Sauce

  • 1 package Pizza dough Can be pre-made or homemade.
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Fillings

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese The more, the merrier!
  • 1 cup Pepperoni or vegetables Optional toppings.

Cooking Essentials

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or cooking spray For crisping the rolls.
  • to taste Seasonings Italian herbs, garlic powder, or any spices.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches.
  • Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings in the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.

Cooking

  • Lightly brush or spray the outside of the rolls with olive oil.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results. Don’t overfill the rolls to avoid messy eruptions.
