  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For coating the wings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and drizzle in the olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Massage the spices all over the chicken.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch. Add this mixture to the chicken bowl and toss until each wing is fully coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer basket, spacing them out. Spray with a little oil.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the wings and air fry for another 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the basket and shake things up halfway through cooking for even crispiness. Also, feel free to experiment with spices or sauces for unique flavors.
