Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 250 g Weizenmehl All-purpose flour
  • 200 g Zucker Granulated sugar
  • 1 pack Backpulver Baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 Eier Eggs
  • 100 ml Milch Milk
  • 100 g Butter Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilleextrakt Vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 160 °C and prepare your cake pan.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix Weizenmehl, Zucker, and Backpulver together.
  • In another bowl, whisk together Eier, Milch, melted Butter, and Vanilleextrakt.
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mix and stir until you have a smooth batter.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Check for doneness; if it smells too good, it may be ready.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before flipping it onto a cooling rack.
  • Dust some powdered sugar on top and decorate as desired.
