Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup chocolate chips You can use semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined—don’t overdo it!
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.

Cooking

  • Pop the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

You can serve these brownies plain, with ice cream, or drizzled with caramel or chocolate sauce. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for a week. For freezing, wrap each brownie in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
