Main Ingredients

  • 2 units red apples (pink lady, honey crisp, or gala, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch bite-sized cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and give it a light spray of non-stick spray.
  • Toss the apple cubes in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon.

Cooking

  • Load the apple cubes into the air fryer basket. Make sure they're not overlapping.
  • Air fry for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove the apples and toss them in the remaining tablespoon of maple syrup.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or oatmeal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
