  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons butter

Cooking Noodles

  • Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Once done, drain and set aside.

Making Cheese Sauce

  • While the noodles are cooking, start the cheese sauce. In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add in the flour and whisk to combine, even if it creates a few lumps.
  • Slowly add in the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickened — about 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and keep whisking until melted and gooey.

Combining

  • Pour the cheese goodness over the cooked noodles and give it a good stir. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
