  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 oz cream cheese Can replace with dairy-free alternative for vegan option
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix melted butter, almond flour, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and stevia until smooth.
  • Cook on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the top is set.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter, then stir in cinnamon and stevia. Pour this mixture over your warm cake.
  • Soften cream cheese, mix it with stevia, and swirl it on top for frosting.

Notes
